Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes! Although through our online direct ordering we are unable to ship to the U.S., if you contact us at we would be happy to set up your order!

How do duties and taxes work for US orders?

Orders under $800 USD will not incur additional duties. At this time there are no taxes charged on US based orders either

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do! However if you have a non P.O. box address then we can usually save you a bit on shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Throughout Canada most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders to the US will take a few days longer as we need extra time to cross the border.

Do you ship LTL or FTL?

Yes we do! Every day we have orders going out by the pallet. Freight costs and time varies from province to province. Contact us to get an estimate.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We have been servicing Manitobans for over 70 years! Drop by anytime to place an order or just to say hi

How do I track the status of my order?

If you place an order online you will receive an order notification once your order has been picked and tracking has been updated

Do you sell retail or wholesale only?

We do both! We do offer bulk pricing discounts but are happy to sell to anyone who needs bags

Do you make custom bags?

Most of our bags we bring in by the container load. However call or email us your bag request and we might be able to help if it's something similar to what we can bring in

How long until my order is ready for pickup?

For local pickup it will be ready within 2 hours! However most of the time it can be ready faster

How quickly can you ship out an order?

If your order is placed before 11 am CST then we will ship out same day

How does Sales tax work with shipping?

Due to Sales Tax rules, we charge PST based on the delivered location. However there is only GST charged on the shipping charges themselves

Do you ship weekends or holidays?

No, if you place an order on Weekends or Holidays, your order will ship out the next available business day. Even we need time off!

What if we need to return an item?

If you need to return because we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, we will happily pay for the return shipping label. If you want to return a product because you no longer need it or you ordered the wrong size, then you will need to pay for the shipping label back to us. See below for our detailed return policy

Do you send out samples?

Unfortunately we no longer send out samples. However all of our bag options have convenient starter pack sizes typically ranging from 1-50 bags

Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

What if I bought the wrong bag size? We would be happy to exchange any bags that are unopened and unused within the 30 day period. Customers will be responsible for paying the price difference plus a 10% restocking fee.

Undeliverable Orders: Any orders marked “undeliverable” will be destroyed and no refund or replacement provided. This also applies to any shipments that have been refused. Please ensure a valid address is provided at checkout to prevent your products from being returned marked “undeliverable”.

Filled sandbags are not eligible for return, they are final sale only.
